Our OSHC team is seeking superstar Educators in permanent part-time and casual capacities to provide quality before and after school care from Monday to Friday. Additional hours provided for professional development, training, team meetings and more. Split Shift Allowance is also payable. You’ll help to coordinate and/or deliver a variety of leisure-based programs for children aged 5 to 12 years – from arts and crafts to sport games.

Bayles
Our Bayles service is based out of Bayles Regional Primary School, along Ballarto Road. Hours of operation are 6:15am-8:45am, and 3:15pm-6:30pm.
Lang Lang
Our Lang Lang service is based out of Lang Lang Primary School, along Westernport Road. Hours of operation are 6:15am-8:45am, and 3:15pm-6:30pm.
Drouin South
Our Drouin South service is based out of Drouin South Primary School, along Westernport Road. Hours of operation are 6:15am-8:45am, and 3:15pm-6:30pm.
Koo Wee Rup
Our Koo Wee Rup service is based out of St John the Baptist Primary School, along Station Street. Hours of operation are 6:15am-8:45am, and 2:55pm-6:30pm.
🎨 School Holiday Program – Koo Wee Rup only
In addition to our school term program, we also run an exciting and fun filled OSHC School Holiday Program from our Koo Wee Rup location during the Victorian public school holidays. Running for 2 weeks each term break and 3 weeks every January. The Program runs every Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm, offering extended hours and a great opportunity for staff to pick up additional work during these busy holiday periods.

💰 Assistant Educator salary break down is:
From - CS Level 1.1 Hourly Rate - $24.94 per hour + super*
To - CS Level 3.4 Hourly Rate - $31.69 per hour + super
*Plus $1.49 First Aid Allowance on each hour worked (below level 3), and $20.41 Broken Shift Allowance (per shift) for each broken shift worked.
💰Lead Educator salary break down is:
From - CS Level 4.1 Hourly Rate - $33.15 per hour + super
To - CS Level 4.3 Hourly Rate - $34.16 per hour + super
Casual loading of 25% applies to casual appointments

Lead Educator Minimum: Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification for Educators working with over preschool children, or working towards and currently hold an approved Certificate 3 Level qualification
Assistant Educators Minimum: Enrolment in or ACECQA approved qualification for Educators working with over preschool children
Current Victorian Working with Children’s Check and Victorian Drivers’ Licence.
Current certificate in "HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education & care setting" (First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis Management) or willingness to undertake before start
Current certificate in "HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation" (CPR) or willingness to undertake before start
Understanding of the needs and development of school age children
Previous experience and/or Food Safety Handling certificate would be an advantage
Demonstrated experience in working within the National Quality Framework
Demonstrated ability and understanding of developing positive relationships with children and families
Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
Willingness to undertake pre-employment screening - Working with Children, Police check and medical assessment.
Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence.
