Our Marketing & Consumer Insights team is keen to find our next superstar Marketing Assistant in a part-time capacity (0.6 FTE). Preferred hours would be Monday to Thursday 9am – 3:12pm.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate, proactive and ready to learn. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, an excellent communicator who would enjoy a varied workload, supporting the needs of the Windermere Marketing & Consumer Insights team. You will be responsible for form building, capturing and inputting data to inform reporting, processing donations, managing merchandise requests and stock inventory. As well as providing support to the marketing team as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, fundraising, business or administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated skills in organisation of time management.
Capacity to work independently and flexibly.
Ability to constantly improve and optimise.
Current Victorian Driver Licence
Ability to use a computer and all relevant technology.
Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence
Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks – including Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical and Working with Children's check
