Our unique range of services include; Communities for Children, Family Health & Wellbeing, Childhood Development, Education & Support, Early Intervention Therapy Services, NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management, Homelessness Support, Counselling Services, assistance to support victims of trauma, assault and violent crimes and Recovery Support Services.

Our Marketing & Consumer Insights team is keen to find our next superstar Marketing Assistant in a part-time capacity (0.6 FTE). Preferred hours would be Monday to Thursday 9am – 3:12pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate, proactive and ready to learn.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, an excellent communicator who would enjoy a varied workload, supporting the needs of the Windermere Marketing & Consumer Insights team. You will be responsible for form building, capturing and inputting data to inform reporting, processing donations, managing merchandise requests and stock inventory. As well as providing support to the marketing team as needed.

As a skilled Marketing Assistant you will be working in a fast-paced and very supportive team. You will provide effective and high-quality admin support, through;

Desired Skills and Experience

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, fundraising, business or administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skills in organisation of time management.
  • Capacity to work independently and flexibly.
  • Ability to constantly improve and optimise.
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence
  • Ability to use a computer and all relevant technology.
  • Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
  • Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence
  • Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks – including Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical and Working with Children's check
  • Right to Work in Australia e.g. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa holder with full working rights
