Who is Windermere?
Windermere is an independent community service organisation working across the Southeast of Victoria to help those who need it most. Our unique range of services include Communities for Children, Family Health & Wellbeing, Childhood Development, Education & Support, Early Intervention Therapy Services, NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management, Homelessness Support, Counselling Services, assistance to support victims of trauma, assault and violent crimes and Recovery Support Services.
Where are we located?
Our dedicated Allied Health Team supports consumers in Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Warragul.
Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and the surrounding suburbs make up the City of Casey are considered great areas for families in Victoria, offering a mix of amenities and a good quality of life.
Berwick is known for its strong community, tree-lined streets, and heritage architecture, making it a nurturing environment for families. Narre Warren, on the other hand, is a bustling suburb with a growing population and is a part of a major growth corridor in southeast Melbourne. It's known for its large shopping centre (Fountain Gate), diverse range of dining options, good schools, and ample green spaces, making it a desirable location for growing families.

Our Allied Health Team consists of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Early Intervention Key Worker Services
We provide individualised services to children and youth aged 0 -12 years who need support to reach key developmental milestones or have additional needs. Our Allied Health team is made up of full time, part time, senior and graduate employees.

As a skilled and experienced Allied Health Professional you will be working in a wonderfully supportive team, who pride themselves on welcoming new colleagues and working cohesively. We are highly regarded by our participants and known in the sector as an employer of choice.
We have both part time and full time roles available, to ensure work life balance and enable a culture of flexibility and support.
As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation, employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15,900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary. See example below and note this depends on the individual salary and circumstances.
Example: Anita’s fortnightly take-home salary was $2,784 without salary packaging however, once she maximised salary packaging (claiming rent and utilities of $15,900 per annum) she increased this to $2,974. This resulted in an additional $190 per fortnight in her take-home salary.
